Palm Beach Vapors, an e-cigarette company based in Tulsa, is looking to expand into the cannabis oil market; CEO Chip Paul believes Americans will continue shifting their consumption habits toward cannabis oils and waxes as a healthier alternative to traditional smoking.

An English youth, who said he needed money in order to buy his grandparents a new kitchen, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for agreeing to let marijuana growers use his property for the production of marijuana. Moral of the story; nothing good can come from buying your grandparents a kitchen.

Montreal set to open its first marijuana clinic; the clinic will not sell marijuana but rather will educate people on the most optimal strains and method to smoke in order to combat their particular illness.
